I had to share this funny YouTube video provided courtesy of HubSpot on how to (not to) use Twitter.  Hubspot is a great pay it forward company with lots of valuable training and products for social media including blogging, social networking and more. This recommendation from me for HubSpot is probably more than you'll see from them. These guys did such a good job on this skit. Quite the professionals on spoofing The Office.
